Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For the candle and workbook order, you may expect to receive your item within 4-5 days after your order has been processed (for domestic shipping). For international shipping, it will be 1-2.5 weeks depending on your region. At the time of shipping, if a cheaper option becomes available, a partial refund will be processed for your shipping fee.

To track your order, you can use the "track order" option found at the bottom left of the site.

Sometimes, the update may show up as "order has not shipped yet" although the item(s) might already be in transit. We appreciate your support and understanding for our small business. Over time, we will continue to do our best to improve our over-all operation for shipping and we appreciate your patience.
